# Troubleshooting (WorkFlow AI)

Common WorkFlow AI issues and solutions:

* Workflow not firing: verify the trigger is correctly configured and that the event actually matches the trigger conditions
* Actions not executing: check that all required fields in each action are correctly filled in
* Unexpected behaviour: use the Simulator to test with specific inputs and trace which conditions are passing or failing
* API call failing: verify the endpoint URL, headers and authentication credentials
