# Agent Console UI

The Agent Console is the main working interface for agents in Virtual Contact. It shows the conversation inbox, the active conversation panel and the customer's CRM profile side by side, giving agents full context without switching screens.

Key elements: the left sidebar for navigation and channel filters, the conversation list in the centre panel, the message thread and action tools in the main panel, and the customer profile with full history on the right.
