# Integrated CRM
Virtual Contact includes a fully integrated CRM — no separate subscription required. The CRM covers contacts, companies, leads, tickets, tasks, opportunities, quotes and products in a single data model linked to all conversation channels.
The CRM is connected in real time to the inbox: when an agent opens a conversation, the customer's full CRM profile is immediately visible. When the conversation ends, the CRM is updated automatically.
