# Import / Export

Import contacts, companies and custom field data in bulk using Excel or CSV files. The import wizard guides you through uploading the file, mapping columns to CRM fields, validating the data and confirming the import.

Export CRM data from the contact list or company list using the Export button. Exported files are in CSV format and include all visible fields. Exports can be filtered by tag, segment or date range.
