# Building Chatbot Flows
A chatbot flow is the structured sequence of messages, questions, conditions and actions that the bot follows during a conversation. Build flows from the Chatbot Builder using drag-and-drop components.
Flow components: Message (text sent by the bot), Question (expects input from the customer), Condition (branching based on the answer), Action (background operation such as opening a ticket), and Handover (transfers to a human agent).
